The winners of the 4th annual Wetpixel & DivePhotoGuide international underwater photography & video competition have been announced. The Best of Show in the stills competition went to Justin Gilligan of Australia. Terry Maas of the US took first in the general video category, while Simon Spear from the UK nabbed first place in the video conservation category. Indicative of the international nature of the event, winners alone represented 22 countries.
