Alien world is slimmest and fastest known



An extrasolar planet with the smallest diameter yet measured is no more than twice as wide as Earth – it orbits its star in just 20 hours. The small planet Exo-7b, which is no more than twice as wide as Earth, was discovered by the way it dimmed its host star's light when it passed between the star and Earth.
